Your access to and use of vrtravels.co are governed by the following terms and conditions. By using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

Most Important Terms & Conditions

V R Travels accepts credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and direct deposits as forms of payment.
Please ensure payments are made only to company accounts or details provided on the company website.
Travelers can pay 50% in advance to secure the booking and settle the remaining 50% upon arrival or at the start of the tour.
Travelers can opt to pay 100% upfront to confirm the booking and enjoy additional discount benefits.
Travelers agree to pay all applicable statutory taxes, surcharges, and fees.
Base category rooms will be provided in all hotels.
Upgrading to a higher category room will incur additional costs, to be paid directly to the hotel.
Check-in time is 12 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. It may be changed as per hotel policy.
Please ensure the correct age of passengers is entered at the time of booking. Providing incorrect ages may result in penalties at the time of travel.
If rooms in the mentioned hotel are unavailable, we will provide a hotel of a similar standard.
For bookings of three persons, one room with an extra mattress will be provided.
Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, safari charges, etc. will be communicated by email or phone before the travel date.
The company will not be responsible for any accidents, loss/theft, or damage to luggage.
We reserve the right to make itinerary and safari changes as required by operational or other circumstances.

Booking and Payments

To confirm your booking, an advance payment is required. The balance can be paid before your departure from your country or upon arrival in India, but definitely before the commencement of the services. The amount of the advance payment is determined by the nature of the services and the time left for the commencement of the services.

Special Conditions

For special train journeys, hotel, or resort bookings during peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, New Year, and other festivals), full payment is required in advance.

Mode of Payment

Overseas Payments: Can be made via wire transfer to our bank or through mail authorisation using Master/Visa credit cards.
Upon Arrival: Payments can be made through currency notes, travellers cheques, or credit cards (Master/Visa/American Express). Bank charges, as applicable, will be added to the total amount for credit card payments.

Cancellation Policy For Tour Package

If you need to cancel your tour/travel services, please inform us in writing. Cancellation charges are effective from the date we receive your written notice. The charges are as follows:

For peak seasons (holidays such as Holi, Diwali, Christmas, and New Year), a separate cancellation policy applies and will be advised at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy For Gir Safari

The days count except of safari date.

Jim Corbett Safari is Non Refundable.

Post-Commencement Cancellation

If you cancel the trip after it has commenced, refunds will be limited and will depend on the recoverable amount from our service providers. We are not responsible for refunds on unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation, or missed meals.

Right to Modify or Terminate

V R Travels reserves the right to modify, change, or terminate any offer at its discretion and without prior notice. In the event of unavailability at the specified hotels, we will arrange alternate accommodation of a similar category.

Refund Policy

Refunds for unused or unutilized services paid for in advance are calculated based on the cancellation policy mentioned above. Refunds will be processed to the person who made the payment. Please note that the refund process may take 2 to 4 weeks due to banking procedures. Any bank charges incurred for refunds to credit card accounts or bank accounts will be deducted from the refund amount.

Our Liabilities & Limitations

After finalising the tour/service cost, any increases in entrance fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges mandated by the Government of India will be charged as extra.

Role as an Agent

V R Travels acts solely as an agent for hotels, airlines, transporters, railways, and contractors providing other services. All exchange orders, receipts, contracts, and tickets issued by us are subject to the terms and conditions under which these services are provided by them.

Itinerary Changes

Our itineraries are sample schedules designed to give you a general idea of the trip. Factors such as weather, road conditions, and the physical ability of participants may necessitate changes to the itinerary before or during the tour. We reserve the right to modify any schedule in the interest of the participant's safety, comfort, and well-being.

Rate Changes

Our rates are based on the prevailing rates negotiated with hotels, airlines, etc. These entities retain the right to modify their rates without notice. If such changes occur, we reserve the right to adjust the quoted rates accordingly. Hotel bookings are based on standard check-in and check-out times unless specified otherwise in the itinerary.

Disclaimers and Exemptions

We are not responsible for any delays, alterations in the program, or expenses incurred due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, machinery breakdown, transport issues, weather conditions, sickness, landslides, political closures, or any other unforeseen incidents.

Acts of God and Other Exemptions

We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property in connection with accommodation, transportation, or other services, resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, dangers, fire, accidents, machinery or equipment breakdown, transport failures, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or other causes beyond our control.

Insurance

We do not provide insurance coverage for accidents, sickness, theft, or any other losses. Visitors are advised to obtain appropriate insurance in their home country. All baggage and personal property are at the client's risk at all times.

Health and Safety

Participants are advised to take necessary health precautions and ensure they are fit for travel. Any health conditions should be disclosed before booking to ensure we can accommodate any special requirements. We recommend consulting with a healthcare provider before undertaking any travel.

Visas and Documentation

It is the responsibility of the traveller to ensure that they have all necessary visas, permits, and documentation required for travel. V R Travels is not liable for any delays or costs incurred due to incomplete or incorrect travel documentation.

Behavior and Conduct

We expect all participants to behave responsibly and respectfully during their travel. Any behavior that is deemed disruptive or harmful to others may result in the termination of services without any refund. Participants are expected to comply with local laws and customs at all times.

Feedback and Complaints

We value your feedback and aim to address any concerns promptly. If you have any complaints or issues during your trip, please notify our representatives immediately to allow us the opportunity to resolve the matter. Post-trip feedback can be provided through our website or via email.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed following the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of our website or services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
